Ranveer demonstrates that magic blend of technical aptitude and development experience alongside effective customer dialogue, bringing his own style to delivering solutions that realise commercial benefits. Having worked with Ranveer as a client and Program Lead on a global roll out program for 3 years, I have come to count on his consistently high standard of engagement throughout. He has a natural business instinct and his commercial astuteness shows in the genuine interest and understanding of a range of client business environments. Ranveer breathes life into the Customer Success role and I have no doubt of his continued upwards trajectory, whatever time zone that may be in!

I had a very broad role at Cruise.co.uk. My main responsibilities involve working as part of a 5 strong team developing for the main website, along with providing front line IT support for the sales staff, based at home and in our call centre. I am also responsible for looking after our in-house servers and ensuring regular off-site backups are taken. As part of our coding practice I am responsible for ensuring individual source control to ensure vital changes to the code are not broken or lost. Over 36 months experience with PHP, HTML and CSS primarily working on developing parts of the main website which provides the core part of the business. I am also responsible for utilising Microsoft Office, SQL and other reporting software to provide reports on customer data that has been collected over time. I have successfully developed an automated process for importing cruise offer information from flat files provided by the various cruise lines and displaying them on the website. I also successfully developed an automated process for transferring data from our back office SQL Server database to the main web SQL Server database utilising a FTP server along with an SISS package. My duties also include ensuring all data is safe and backed up. This involves ensuring all company laptops and hard drives are encrypted and with strong passwords. Also measures have been put into place to ensure passwords are regularly changed to reduce the risks further. As the website handles a lot of online payments and customer information I am also required to maintain the integrity of the website to prevent against attacks and to ensure we are PCI compliant. This involves ensuring the website is safe against attacks such as SQL or JavaScript injection. I am particularly proud of successfully developing a recursive algorithm to sanitise the request object, to strip out all illegal characters and character sets to ensure no injection was possible.
