As an early stage business, Ranjit provided significant contributions on Product Development, Product Management, and Engineering. Also, he helped build the Frequentz Quality System required by FDA QSR regulations. He would be a great asset for any early stage business or startup as he can wear multiple hats and brings a level of expertise in the healthcare sector and well as medical devises. My best wishes for his continued success.

As the Executive Vice President of Region North and Latin America and the President of Elekta Inc., I had the opportunity to work very closely with Ranjit for over 2 years. Ranjit was the head of Software solutions portfolio on the business side. During his tenure, we saw a great turn around and growth in our software product and software offerings to the market.. Ranjit and his team were successful to reaffirm the customer confidence in our software products as well as change the minds of many of our sales people to feel more confident to aggressively sell our software products. As the Product portfolio leader, he introduced offerings that were disruptive and customer delighter. With a joint strategy and alignment between our teams, we created a great buzz around our software business in a very short time. In addition, my sales team utilized Ranjit numerous times to join in on face to face customer meetings as Ranjit was very good with handling customers and listening to their concerns while providing solutions in a timely manner. Ranjit has deep understanding of current software technology, business practices, and customer support. He is fun to work with, very collaborative and has strong desire to succeed, I wish him well for his future. Ranjit would be an asset to any company!
