I was Ranjith’s coach and supervisor on projects and business development activities on the Payments team within PwC’s Banking and Financial Services Advisory practice. Ranjith contributed to our team by leveraging a broad set of capabilities and always focusing on how we could value, even when working on projects outside his comfort zone. As an example, Ranjith was instrumental in leading efforts to develop requirements/stories for a global payment card data tokenization project for the largest specialty retailer in the Unites States, which ultimately helped enable tokenization at over 3,500 global stores. Feedback from the senior product manager for this particular client reflected how Ranjith quickly grasped the nuances of the client’s technology footprint and the priorities of the organization so that he could contribute in agile and collaborative ways. He also contributed towards business development activities and training activities within PwC. Ranjith is a great communicator, a committed team member, and a leader who remains calm in the face of uncertainty. It was a pleasure being his coach and working with him on the Payments team. I strongly recommend Ranjith and feel that his skills, knowledge, experience and demeanour make him a valuable contribution to any team.

Ranjith and I worked together on the successful launch of a cobranded card product in 3 European markets. This was a major project with aggressive deadlines. I found Ranjith to be a great team player and a quick learner especially considering the timelines associated with the project. He was able to grasp the complexity of the work needed for the card launch and he supported me throughout the multiple release plan for product launch. Ranjith's contractual arrangement meant that he was initially on site in the UK but subsequently moved back to Chennai but there was no slow up in project progress and this was largely due to Ranjith's flexibility and his commitment to the completion of tasks he was responsible for. These tasks included stakeholder collaboration, business requirements gathering, test planning and implementation validation. I strongly recommend Ranjith as he exhibited a strong work ethic, hard work and commi
