Over the past 12 years in dealing with Ranjith as Deputy General Manager of RCHG and President of deVine Wine Club, I have been extremely impressed with his dedication and passion. Travelling throughout the world I am able to positively say that Ranjith comes as close as you can get to doing the "perfect" job and being an exceptional host in the hotel industry. His knowledge of the Hospitality Industry, wine and dedication and enthusiasm to his work is inspiring to all and I feel honoured in having the opportunity to having known Ranjith and Chitra and will most certainly be visiting them in Sri Lanka once they are established.

I had the pleasure of working with Ranjith for over 3 years at the legendary Royal Cliff Hotels Group in Jomtien, Thailand and would jump at the chance to work with him again. Ranjith is a true Hotelier in every sense. Guest and product oriented while at the same time watching the bottom line and delivering the results that the company of the owner required. Ranjith does not shy away from responsibilities, nor is he afraid of difficult projects. A true asset for any International Hotel Management company. I have gotten to know Ranjith as a person with very high integrity, responsibility, dedication and commitment. In his former role as hotel manager and in his capacity as president/founder of the deVine Wine Club he is one of those characters that make a lifetime impression on people once you start to know them better. From my own experience I know that the hospitality industry is NOT the easiest profession in man's lifetime; especially if you are almost absorbed in one of the most successful hotel properties in Pattaya, working for very affluent Chinese-Thai owners.
