      -As an Eumind Coordinator-I was responsible for promoting intercultural learning, ecological awareness and social responsibility; training students for carrying out research with the help of project scenarios and also how to publish articles on a common platform and communicate through video conferences. -I was awarded-" The Best Teacher" for my contribution under the Project SEARCH supported by TERI during the year 2012. - Arranged CLAP Talks for CSL section to develop cultural and emotional quotient and make students more empathetic towards global issues. -As an Examiner Committee was responsible for the coordination, planning and execution of supervised internal, mock and external examinations; which included the seating arrangement, allotment of invigilation duty, carrying out meetings to explain the roles and responsibilities an invigilator and being accountable for correct practice during the examination . -As an Biology subject facilitator apart from the classroom teaching, I was responsible for enlightening students about various sustainable practices. In association with RUR did vermi-composting, segregation of waste and implementation of various eco- friendly practices in school. -As the senior most teacher of the school, I was also responsible for arranging proxies. - Coordinated Science activities such as Science fair, Quiz and Talks and Observation of special days to highlight the importance of the day by planning special assemblies and arranging activities based on various themes. -I enjoyed my role as a Senior Homeroom Teacher as it allowed me to nature my students thought process by making them believe in themselves by highlighting their positives.
