Prepare Product report to analysis Sales and for MOQ. • Preparing Rate Matrix for Distributors. • Checking & approving Sales Team's Travelling & dearness allowances on weekly basis following the Company policy. • To ensure that representatives have sufficient quantities of sales support material, such as product brochures or case studies. • Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available. • Handling Queries of all India Distributors & Dealers on mails & Phones. • Carrying out administrative tasks as assign.
