  As Project Focal for the Open to Health (O2H) - Health Crises Resilience Certificate Training Programme, my responsibilities include collaborating with the European University Institute (EUI) in Italy and Universidad de los Andes (UniAndes) in Colombia to design a professional skills-based online training programme focused on 'Designing Community Centric Solutions'.My role involves overseeing the development of the programme, ensuring that it aligns with the project's goals and objectives. Additionally, I have worked as the co-designer of the skill-learning curriculum and methodology and co-facilitated the skill-learning sessions. Through this project, we aim to equip early and mid-level professionals from Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Pacific region with the necessary skills to develop community-centered solutions for health crisis resilience.   As a Research Associate, I worked on the CIFF-funded project 'Disrupting Cross-Border Trafficking in Jashore, Bangladesh'. I developed qualitative and quantitative research tools and collected and analyzed both data types. During the data collection period, I trained, managed, and coordinated the research team.
