  Project supervisor: Dr. Vinesh Vijayan-As a part of my master's project, I have employed NMR Spectroscopy and various biophysical methods in order to characterize phase separation of PRD2 subdomain of RNA-binding protein mCPEB3. -I have studied liquid-liquid phase separation properties of mPRD2 under diverse conditions such as varying temperature, pH and different salt concentrations using NMR spectroscopy.
