I currently lead the client success strategy and operations for a boutique, multi-generational wealth management firm with total assets under management of $175 MM On a daily basis I work with multiple financial service applications and vendors to execute investments in order to meet and exceed client needs I manage the firm’s client communications from new client welcome packets to email marketing campaigns. I insure operations are running smoothly and constantly asses areas for improvement. Currently I am updating the company website to become much more user-friendly and have a fluid interface design. I conduct investment analysis in order to maintain client’s confidence, trust and understanding of financial investments consistent with their investment goals. For the past 4 years have helped increase revenue to meet Platinum Club requirements (top 5% firms) in Broker Dealer. I have successfully on-boarded the acquisition of 4 financial advising firms. Most recently, on-boarded a $50 MM portfolio leveraging my consulting skills and my proactive, self-starter mentality to develop strong relationships with new clients. In each acquisition I work diligently and methodically to integrate client information and accounts successfully into current programs and systems.

I worked in the Special Prosecutions Unit assisting attorneys and Federal agents in investigating and prosecuting a variety of cases to include money laundering, intellectual property, and environmental crimes. I used my can-do attitude and ability to juggle multiple projects at a time to meet time sensitive deadlines.During high-intensity crisis management situations I partnered with multiple attorneys, agents, and judges to efficiently prepare legal documents and obtain signature approval to expedite time sensitive investigations resulting in prosecution and conviction.I created a streamline process to quickly analyze and react to high volume social media threat cases targeting the President that resulted in immediate reporting from social media companies, this was necessary in order to protect and defend the President. For 2 ½ year I worked on a high profile FBI investigation resulting in the first intellectual property indictment of a foreign government entity. During this time I secured $200,000 in government funding enabling to higher contract employees which furthered the investigation and lead to indictment.
