      I contributed to two large projects; for the first half of the internship, I was assigned to the product development team. I was mainly responsible for keeping track of the sales of both loans and mortgages products. In addition, I worked on comparing the options offered by the bank in terms of payment methods, interest rates, payment durations, programs to different categories of people and calculating the risk weighted assets to the same options offered by other banks.During the second half, I was asked to conduct market research on a specific program from scratch. I surveyed more than 80 customers, collected their feedback, gained insights and documented their concerns. Afterwards, at the end of the internship, I presented the project to my manager with detailed analysis and interpretations together with some suggestions for better quality and customer satisfaction.

      I was responsible for activating sim cards for Small-Medium Enterprises in the corporate team based on the available offers and number of sim cards each corporate owns.
