I have worked in a series of senior roles, largely in government relations, in BG Group for 15 years and I have known and worked alongside Rania for around 10 of those years. Rania is a first-rate receptionist and administrative support person. She presents an extremely good, welcoming face to the organisation, as the first person that many external people meet when they come to the company’s London office. She has an excellent, disarming manner and is always extremely well organised. She knows exactly who is expected at the office and who is expecting them so there is an air of efficiency and control in the way that she deals with guests. She is also skilled at making guests feel comfortable and welcome in the event of their arriving early or having to wait before their meeting. Whenever Rania is asked to provide administrative support, she is well organised and extremely reliable. Overall, though, I would highlight the fact that Rania is an excellent front-person for any business. She gives such a good impression as a receptionist that the company cannot help but benefit from her presence. I would highly recommend her for a role of this kind and would be happy to answer any further, more detailed questions about her abilities and performance.
