I got to know Randy and his team through a series of going regular informal conversations about how soft skills drive high performance. During that time we got to align our ethos, ethics and values. These powerful constructs helped us to form a deep connection and bond between us, despite the the thousands of miles that separated us. One thing lead to another and we created a series of seminars based around How Soft Skills Drive High Performance and we delivered them together in the US. The rapport between us was awesome and we were ourselves in the high performance zone delivering these seminars to US SME business leaders. I love Randy's deep thought processes and his sense of bravado and humour. He is one of the soul mate type people we all meet from time to time in our lives. To this day our strong brotherhood bond is always there and he is a man who I deeply respect and admire. If you get the opportunity to meet Randy you will be as blessed as I have been. I highly recommend Randy and his work.
