I have worked for Randy at 2 companies. He is the best leader that myself (and many others) have worked for. Randy is a creative thinker who can work in up-tempo situations and provide timely and productive solutions. I have witnessed his well thought-out decisions which have lead to many successes. His operational knowledge is exceptional, which is supported by our previous experiences in setting up multiple pipeline projects from design conception to in-service operation. I would strongly support Randy and would be happy to work for him again!

I had the pleasure of working directly with and supporting Randy as he joined TransCanada's Keystone system ops buildup. As a new Area Manager he was having to be very quick on learning, growing a new Area team, "flying" the TransCanada "flag" in the communities and leading the effort to safely start up our Keystone pipeline system. Randy excelled at all of the above, and did so in a caring and results driven way (all the while ensuring safety protocols). A rare individual that would give me as an individual contributor (not on his team) time to share challenges and successes to better our programs and impact in the community. He's an asset to any organization looking for senior and seasoned leadership.
