In 2010 I met Randy on the dropzone, oorah!! one Airborne soldier to another..101st to 2nd Ranger battalion. We share the same values and many jumps together as skydivers. I am 25 years his senior but will share a foxhole with Randy, anywhere, anytime. In today's world there are very few I can say that about. He says what he means and does what he says.

I have known Randy for over twenty years. I trained & mentored him prior to his enlisting into the US Army, preparing him for entry into the Rangers, and eventually hired him as a Sales Manager for my communications company, after he left the Army. He has, always, been an exceptionally responsible & cool headed leader, who always shouldered more than his share of every task. As a testament to his intestinal fortitude: when I first met Randy, he was a senior in high school, working a full time job & going to school, as well as being already married & raising his step-son, who he adopted as his own. On top of all this, he enlisted in the Army. His recruiter petitioned me to prep him for an 11X MOS, jump school, & RIP. In doing so, he excelled in every possible way. He finished HS, did basic, BAC, RIP, & was assigned to the 2nd Ranger Bn. in Ft. Lewis. Randy's drive & stamina are unmatched by anyone I have ever known. I have witnessed him in action countless times & his cool headed, exacting, confident, demeanor has quelled more than just a few situations that were on the verge of a catastrophic collapse. He is definitely the person you want in your corner when the situation is at its most desperate. As his mentor, supervisor, & friend, I cannot say enough good things about Randy Rhodes. He is an exceptional person. An passionate & enthusiastic employee. And, over the years, become one of my closest & most trusted friends. Randy Rhodes has my highest degree of admiration & respect, & has my highest degree of recommendation. He is a fine person; an exceptional employee; a skilled & gifted leader; and exemplifies every tenant of the Ranger Creed. RLTW, KC Caulder
