  Invented the Vapor Phase cleaning process. The first project was performed in a 250,000 bbl per day midwestern refinery in January 1997. The unit was decontaminated in 12 hours chemical contact time. This was the first decon that was done this way. Developed procedures to clean crude, vacuum, Hydrotreaters, Platformers, Cokers, GOHT, ROSE, and many other process units which are still used today. Invented the Vapor Phase cleaning process.
