Initially hired on as the sole PM to lead all IT Infrastructure projects, I’ve been successful managing up to 14 projects concurrently on multiple occasions. A summary of initiatives I’ve helped plan, coordinate, and execute include: Various infrastructure (cloud + on-premise) projects: • Azure Virtual Desktop development and implementation. • Azure File Share implementation + migration of on-premise data to the cloud for 3k+ users. • One Drive implementation and migration of 3k + users. • DNS/Domain name standardization and consolidation. • Server OS upgrade, decommissioning, and migration maintenance projects. • Domain Controller and AD infrastructure upgrade and migration. • Network device migration and upgrades for branch locations • SSL/TLS Certificate monitoring and renewals • Software asset tracking and standardization across the organization • 3rd party patching solution implementation. Various network + cyber security related projects: • Security vulnerability discovery, tracking, and remediation + prevention. • Network Micro-segmentation (NSX) of the entire enterprise. • CIS L1 compliance hardening of the enterprise. • Externally facing server vulnerability remediation + prevention. • Enterprise-wide password hardening + standardization. • IDS/IPS implementation (NSX). ++ Many other projects/areas not mentioned here.
