As a leader in sales I have found very few people that have impressed me as much as Randy. His determination, drive and leadership are impressive and has allowed AMECO to grow to the point where they are today. Randy came to AMECO ( a Fluor Subsidiary at the time) from the rental industry, and although is a similar market the dynamics of working for an EPC and pursuing large scale work are very different. He quickly adapted to the environment, learned what he needed to learn and in less than a year was already making an impact in the company. Randy brings a great combination of operations and sales, becoming a trusted advisor for his customers. He quickly brought large accounts to AMECO, accounts like Tesla, Excel Construction, Lyondell Basell, Entergy and many others, exceeding sales goals of over $30M a year. He not only brought to the table construction equipment rental which is what he knew well, but quickly was selling scaffolding, tools and our full line of site services. One last thing I will say about Randy, his customers love him, his coworkers respect him and he is a voice of leadership when needed. Randy is ready to lead any sales team to successs if given the opportunity.

I owe Randy a debt of gratitude for all he taught me as my manager during the first 6 years I spent in the rental industry. I was immediately impressed by his dedication and work ethic as those are traits instilled in me from a young age. What I didn’t realize at the time though was that Randy is one of those very rare people who are equally as talented at both sales and operations, and learning from his example and mentorship has played a large part in my success in various roles over the last 13+ years.
