It has been a pleasure working with Randy for the past four years. Working with him as a partner at ArbiterSports, and reporting directly to Randy at Reading Horizons. Randy is a great mentor that many companies would like to have. He is a fearless leader who knows how to motivate his team. Randy has a relationship-builder personality, he recognizes his team on a daily, weekly, monthly basis for exceeding their job expectation, and helps you identify gaps so you can perform better. His goal is to help all members of his team succeed and find the career path they want to take. Randy possesses the characteristics that empower his employees to think differently and be their own leaders. Randy demonstrates a high level of energy and positivity, which is contagious to his colleagues, customers and prospects.
