As I have been in the greater Las Vegas valley for close to 40 yrs. it has grown and for some it is to big and others not enough. The housing industry is running out of new ground, sure there are pockets of land around, but no big major development of a large master plan communities, so I saw the writting on the wall and now I am helping people realize the dream of being the Boss.
