I expertly achieved annual Cost Reductions of 10-12% ($15-20M with an annual spend of $150-200M). I managed 4 Senior Sourcing Managers responsible for BOS Components. I set smart cost reduction goals for each Commodity and developed our bi-annual Commodity Strategies presented & approved by Executive Management. I regularly collaborated with Design Engineering to drive specific redesigns responsible for Steel product cost reductions >10% Completed VMI agreements to shorten products with long lead times; extend payment terms and ensured Supplier Quality systems matched our Corporate Quality requirements for 8D, CAPA, RCCA, and overall Mfg. Process controls). I diligently negotiated MSA's (Master Supply Agreements) with China and Domestic Suppliers to leverage lower Manufacturing costs and secure production for SPES products. I actively collaborated with the staff to maximize customer satisfaction, streamline procedures, and improve bottom-line profitability.
