  Americans for Fair Taxation is the volunteer organization promoting The FairTax® through HR-25/S-13 as currently pending in the United States Congress to repeal all income taxes, investment, savings, death and corporate taxes and replace them with a single, simple, visible national retail sales tax on new goods and services. The FairTax® will fully fund the federal government in a revenue neutral manner and will also fund all of the taxes required for Social Security and Medicare. In addition to the repeal of payroll taxes the FairTax® will result in an economic boom in part caused by the removal of corporate taxes presently preventing the repatriation of over $16 trillion in capital now kept offshore.
