As the Director of Boeing Programs at Kaman Engineering Services, I had the pleasure of having Randy on my 787-9 Structures team supporting the Keel Structure. Randy was in charge of the Keel Beams and created detailed analysis of this structure using finite element models and detailed stress analysis. Randy is an excellent engineer. He is someone you can trust with difficult tasks and was a pleasure to work with. A great asset to the team. I look forward to working with Randy again.

I worked with Randy for a little over 2 years at Boeing in the Liaison Stress team on the 787. Randy was great to work with, he put in hard work in a challenging environment and had a great attitude the whole time. These attributes rubbed off on the group which made a challenging environment a lot more manageable for everyone involved. Randy went above and beyond the scope of our job descriptions by contributing his time and programming knowledge to help create tools that alleviated the workload on the group. I wouldn't hesitate to work with Randy in the future as I know he will pull his weight and he'll make the task, no matter how challenging, fun to work on.
