It has been a great pleasure to work with Randy. Our company provides specialized communication programs and we worked with one of Randy's employees for several months. At every stage of the program Randy was involved and engaged, making sure that both the employee and his manager kept focused on the development objectives and the business importance of the program. He is supportive and collaborative, and also analytical and strategic. He is an ideal client and we hope to have the opportunity to work with him again.

Recently, Randy was a guest for the "Age of Work" series held at SBCC's Adult Education Program. He helped lead a workshop with 80 participants, all "mature workers" aged mid 40s to mid 80s. The resume workshop helped them focus on their strengths and get them down on paper. The feedback about Mr. Berg, was uniformly positive and my favorite comment (from a retired person considering coming back into the workforce) went something like this, "I remember Randy from a long time ago when he was nearly a teenager, now he's older but just as energetic and with just the same, high integrity." I am truly honored to know and work with Randy Berg.
