It is was a great pleasure for me to have Erik in my team for the last 2 years. When I took the responsibility of the Phoenix Program: a very challenging Program including the Carve-out from Vale Group and the consequent Digital Transformation of Prony Resources New Caledonia. Eric always brought positiveness and good mood despite the huge difficulties and obstacles we faced. I gladly recommend Erik for the role of IT Project Manager and/or PMO. Erik has also a wealth of experience and knowledge within the MS365 world. Over the past 2 years, I was able to aknowledge his competencies within the MS365 project management with which he began his assignement and now his dedication to succeed in his new role as PMO. Erik is fond of project management coordination, he is accurate about timings and is aware of the importance of precise budget management. Erik is currently engaged in obtaining the PMI/PMP certification. He is investing time outside his usual working hours to obtain this valuable certification. Also what I believe is very important to mention about Erik, it is his cheerful, caring and always positive attitude towards others in general and his colleagues in particular. He enjoys creating a pleasant working atmosphere, thus promoting efficient collaboration within the team. Erik is also always ready to share his knowledge and help his team mates. Erik's capacity to communicate easily and simply makes of him a clear asset within an organization for managing a project and providing technical advice in his domain of expertise.
