Randy was the "detail" person at the Hotel Palomar-Dallas construction project. He was able to find where "it" was written, on which plan sheet "it" was drawn on or where "it" was stored after delivery. He was very responsive to the Owners' timeline for completion and he assisted in overcoming roadblocks.

Randy was the keystone person on a very complicated hotel remodel project. He was the go to guy for all of the information that was being delivered by the owner and design team, most often at the last minute. He was able to maintain good working relationships with the subcontractors, owner and design team while pushing each to deliver in a timely manner. Randy always worked well above his job description and did whatever was required of him to get the project completed on time.
