Randie has a rare combination of confidence and openness. She is consummate in her work, but her agility means that she can adapt quickly to the constantly-changing demands of a fast-paced industry. Randie cares deeply about her work and about doing it well. Her genuine interest is contagious, and everyone that works for her looks up to her and "buys in" to the goals of the organization. I hope to work with Randie for a long time, and I know she will continue to grow in her promising career.

Randie is a self-motivated, highly energetic individual who would work well within a team setting or independently. She has a finesse with just about every age group from school-aged children to adults and has created unique opportunities for them to learn on a number of occasions i.e. Quantum-Learning Strategies Workshops for (adults) sponsored by the GEAR UP grant, the junior high and high school classrooms as well as for after school programs. I personally like the fact that she models how to be a productive and helpful person in whatever setting she works or lives. She is a positive light that people will gravitate towards in the workplace and in life.
