Ensures all subordinate staff achieves and retain core competencies for each of the AWC programs and technology used in the operation. Develops courses of action to improve the Army’s Wellness Center and to correct deficiencies as needed. Plans, organizes, and implements comprehensive health promotion programs based on health initiatives to enhance readiness for the Total Army.
