  Randi McCormick has over 30 years of biological consulting experience specializing in inventory, evaluation of impacts and mitigation strategy for biological resources of the valleys, foothills, and deserts of central California. McCormick Biological, Inc. (MBI) was founded in 2001 under the principal of finding logical environmental solutions. The firm has grown from two biologists and an administrative assistant to its current staff of 22 including biologists and support staff. For seasonal work and in response to client needs, MBI has developed relationships with a network of specialists and seasonal biologists, peaking at 55 biologists and field technicians with additional subcontractor support during 2021 field season. Our team is made up of a variety of students, entry level, and more seasoned individuals with wide-ranging backgrounds. During this time, Assisted clients with pre-construction surveys, kit fox den monitoring and excavation to comply to the Metropolitan Bakersfield Habitat Conservation Plan requirements.
