I worked with Randi on several projects throughout the Central Valley of California. She provided Threatened and Endangered species surveys on railroad permitting projects for UPRR. As a local biological consultant for me, she provided excellent service, great connections, and expert knowledge of the local landscape. She and her team were qualified to handle several species, and knew the entire region very well. She communicated well over email and telephone, and when I was finally able to meet her in person on a trip to CA, she was very personable and fun to be around. I would absolutely hire Randi and her team again, and look forward to working with her in the future.
