Served as onsite super user for all Maximo troubleshooting and reporting. Primary focus on Maintenance operations, with secondary focus in Process Operations, Engineering and Accounting to support business requirements. Elected as site representative for divisional Maximo Cell Group and was selected to participate on corporate Maximo development and enhancement teams. Managed 120 Maximo user accounts and conducted quarterly audits to ensure security compliance. Key projects: • Project Management: Created, tracked and was responsible for budgeting on various projects in Maintenance and IT. Submitted authorizations for expenditures for approval and provided updates to Senior Management. Worked with Fixed Asset Accounting to create new records and linked depreciating assets from the ledger into Maximo. • Cost Management Initiative: Developed and re-engineered reports to identify cost management opportunities. Worked with Senior Management to implement better business practices and utilize data to decrease costs. • Asset Delivery Process Revamp: Led in the development of the Asset Delivery Process while balancing the needs of Projects & Engineering, Maintenance and Operations. Presented the new process to Senior Management and assisted in the implementation and training across teams. This process was designed to ensure new projects had their asset information accurately entered and verified into Maximo prior to the operational phase to meet the needs of Operations and Maintenance teams. • Workflow Redesign: Appointed to corporate-wide team to redevelop standards for purchasing, maintenance, project, and invoicing workflows. Collaborated with Programmers to create new key fields, statuses and develop testing plans. Trained all onsite employees on new processes.

Key roles: • Asset Updates: Entered updated data into Maximo as a result of planning and maintenance activities. Contacted vendors for quotes and submitted purchase requisitions for future jobs. Assisted in the return of unused spare parts to internal warehouses or to vendors.
