Served as onsite super user for all Maximo troubleshooting and reporting. Primary focus on Maintenance operations, with secondary focus in Process Operations, Engineering and Accounting to support business requirements. Elected as site representative for divisional Maximo Cell Group and was selected to participate on corporate Maximo development and enhancement teams. Managed 120 Maximo user accounts and conducted quarterly audits to ensure security compliance. This process was designed to ensure new projects had their asset information accurately entered and verified into Maximo prior to the operational phase to meet the needs of Operations and Maintenance teams. • Workflow Redesign: Appointed to corporate-wide team to redevelop standards for purchasing, maintenance, project, and invoicing workflows. Collaborated with Programmers to create new key fields, statuses and develop testing plans. Trained all onsite employees on new processes.
