Randi and I worked together during her time in Sales at Hanson Pipe & Precast. She was a vital part of the Sales Team and I respected her work ethic and professionalism tremendously. She paid great attention to detail and provided excellent customer service to all customers whether or not it was her account. Randi never shied away from responsibilities even if they weren't hers. Anytime I was out and she covered my duties I would come back to satisfied customers. Her goal was to take care of any customer she came in contact with and she achieved this goal daily. Randi always had a full plate but thanks to her strong work ethic she managed to do a superb job. Since I answered the main line I had many conversations with customers other than my own and not once did I hear one complaint concerning her accounts. Though she was always focused on her duties she somehow made time to encourage me. Whether I was dealing with a difficult task or just having a bad day I could depend on her to provide guidance. She never let me stray from the correct path which helped my career and most importantly the business.
