I managed this complex project and directed all resources, accordingly, including PWC (the implementation partner) and approximately 20 project team members (on/offshore model). I kept this $20+ Million program in the “green” for the duration of my tenure. I managed all aspects of this project (technical & functional) and executed all phases of SLDC in an Agile structure.
