Bio
Carol Winner, M.P.H., M.S.E.
I have a small business and work with attorneys of varying personality types and practice. Randy is exceptional on both counts, as his success in his patent practice is not only as a result of his professional history but his strategic approach, including is ability to think like an examiner. His keen insight, suspecting that there might have been some confusion regarding the patent application language, allowed us to move forward with slight modifications that lead us to an award! He is careful, methodical, and cautiously tenacious. He balances his insights carefully when making recommendations. I would not have received my patent award without his leadership. I met with many others before him and he just got it. I highly recommend Randy as a patent attorney and one of the finest attorneys in Kansas City.

I had the pleasure of working with Randy in a Full Stack Web Development course at Kansas University. We partnered together on several key projects. He follows through and digs deep to work through issues that came up. He was good at formatting the front end as well as working APIs and JavaScript on the back end. He was also ready and willing to help working on the activities and homework assignments. He was a valuable member of our project teams.
