Randy and I worked together at Southwestern Company for 3 years. It was apparent early on that Randy has a driven desire to not only succeed as selling, but take those skills and coach them to others. While he is a skillful salesperson, he has an even greater leadership capacity, and this is probably his greatest asset.

Randy was a born to be in sales. He has the tenacity to achieve any goal put in front of him. Once he has made up his mind to do something there are very few things that will deter him. His empathy allows him to see through the customer’s eyes and proactively put the company in the best possible position to succeed. He is loyal and understands that a good work ethic and strong relationships are keys to success in sales. I enjoyed working with Randy but most of all I enjoyed learning from him. There are an endless number of people excellent at sales, however not many that willingly take time out of their schedule to teach and mentor others. Randy is one of those few people.
