John Gratz
I had the pleasure of working directly with Randall in a catalyst manufacturing operation in Louisiana. Randall is one of the brightest engineers that I know and in a very short period of time he is able to review complex situations and clearly understand them. He is very skilled at quality and statistical methods, troubleshooting, material balances and inventories, and working face to face with Operations personnel. I would enjoy the opportunity to work with Randall again in the future.
David Grymonpre
Randall had the unique ability to take advanced technology from other industries and find applicability in his job. For instance, he took blending technology from the pharmaceutical industry, pressing knowledge from the soil industry, and liner techology from the meat packing industry to design an advanced pyrotechnic candle. Randall was able to take numerous ideas like this and detail them in white papers and proposals. He was prolific in both the number of white papers / proposals he submitted and the number of them that were accepted for further consideration or funding.
