  North West Corridor Ops Mgr Was instrumental in creating the vision and processes that lead to the commencement of the "Bulk East" business within QR National in North West Queensland; Analysed, determined and planned for all resources (Human, Plant, Equipment and Train services) required to support safe, compliant and business focussed rail operational objectives from day of operation commencement to long term; Developed, implemented, audited and coached others in processes and systems required; Senior recruiter and then coach to the management and supervisory teams required; Facilitated workshops and risk assesments associated with the new operations. Fleet, Plant and Equipment Manager Managed the purchase, maintenance and disposal of all fleet, plant and equipment required by the organisation to meet current and future service stratgegies; Developed, implemented and managed SLA's with the applicable service providers; Facilitated the design of fleet, plant and equipment required for new business that did not follow the traditional methods of service delivery. This resulted in better equipment utilisation for all stakeholders and reduced operational cost that therefore enhanced EBIT and ROC for all stakeholders. Integration Manager Introduced an all service provider weekly forum to identify, control and/ or remove obstacles that prevented full production from mine/ wheat depots/ livestock and cotton producing hubs to Port and/ or processing plants; Lead and managed all associated task to ensure return to normal service post significant environmental activity on the South West rail corridor.

  Managed and lead over 500 staff who provided customer service and ticketing solutions associated with over 100 locations geographically spread over South East Qld from Robina to Gympie, Rosewood to Shorncliffe and Doomben to Ferny Grove.Developed and implemented a new structure for the division;Identified, Recruited, Managed, Coached and Lead the management and supervisory structure that aligned the Citytrain Station division to a SLA based on exemplary customer service, passenger and staff safety and security, on time performance and stakeholder value for money;Developed and Implemented a Balanced business scorecard (Lead and Lag indicators) that achieved business performance and staff morale outcomes unparalleled in previous management structures;Coached and mentored the Management and Supervisory teams in the management of those objectives;Was the conduit between the Queensland Rail "Smart card" project team and associated Citytrain stations and staff to ensure a steamless transition of Translink's "Smart card & equipment";Developed and implemented the "After Dark" concept to deliver a customer service focus on strategic Citytrain locations during late evening travel;Developed and implemented the alignement of location operations to a GOC SLA;Was the senior supplier for station staff and facility associated with the 2 transport hubs (Roma St and Milton) associated with Major Sport events for Suncorp Stadium.
