Ranald's leadership qualities are outstanding. His strenghts are in identifying what makes you the best you can be and also to work on your weaknesses to make you a better balanced leader. The focus provided on the team ethos of us, we and our makes all feel part of the team. The importanced placed honesty, fairness, inclussiveness and listening to everyone's opinion makes Ranald one out of the box.

I recently engaged Ranald to be part of the Master Planning Team for the development of a Rail Yard Master Plan. Ranald was involved in understanding the current situation and then the development of different options. Ranald has a great understanding of the operations of the yard and also considers the bigger picture whilst ensuring any concept is operationally capable. I would not hesitate to engage Ranald again.
