With high tenacity and vast experienced in all sector in Tea, adopting the carrot and stick policy by creating the healthy atmosphere in the organization and also a challenges oriented even reengineering myself wish to climb the top of the pyramid. Completing the Master Degree from North Bengal University and also completed the Diploma Course of Industrial Relation, Personnel Management and Labor Welfare from State Labor Institute. Permanently living at Tufanganj, Coochbehar, the remotest town of West Bengal, which is sharing its border with Bangladesh, Assam and Alipurduar. The agricultural based town is located in the bank of River Ridak and a low population of 20998 (2011). Stated my schooling at the locality Tufanganj N. N. M High School, then completed my graduation from A.B.N. Seal College Coochbehar with the subjects Economics, Political Science and History and afterwards I entered NBU. I married Aparna Chanda in the year 2002. and in 2004 our only child Riddhi is born. Riddhi is now studying at Jadavpur University. The upliftment of the organization is the first priority as I am growing older. Planted nearly 500 ha, achieving 10 - 50% increase in crop with profound and effective management administration body.
