Managed the Museum’s entire marketing and positioning operations in Israel and abroad. Managed 25 employees and a budget of approximately ILS 6M (~$1.7M) Increased the number of visitors to the Museum by 20% year-over-year without increasing the marketing budget. Drastic reduction of tens of percentage points in expenses through re-negotiating with suppliers and adoption of orderly work processes, without compromising service. Entrenched digital operations, reaching wider audiences on a smaller budget. Through the development of new products we managed to reach new audiences that had formerly shunned the Museum – Escape Room for families, a gay tourism route, and more. The Development of products such as a route for Christian pilgrims, the tour-guides club, a Mandarin audio guide and more led to an increase of 40% in Museum entries in the segment, compared to a 25% increase in incoming tourism to Israel over the past year.
