  Designed and developed the web-tier using Html, JSP’s, involved in design and development of core product with Struts MVC architecture for Staffing Management System Application development. Involved in developing the internal workflow using REST Web services for functionality operations. Involved in customization of the Product as per the client needs adding additional features, enhancements to the current functionality. Involved in developing the entitlements to the application based upon the data role and functional role of the user and providing application security and authorization. Responsible for developing REST Web services for data transfer between the web client and the server. Responsible for understanding the requirements of new version's in Staffing Management product and write the functional specification for SMS application. Developed client-side validations using jQuery in application development and also used Ajax for dynamic user interface. Developed and Deployed REST Web Services – for getting the data to and from the application and backend database. Involved in creating the test plan, and also unit testing the application. Implemented the Attachments Uploading/downloading Procedure, Email sending ,Connecting to Web Services from client, Incorporated the Charisma UI template, Used log4j for logging messages in the SMS Product. Responsible for application support on different environments from QA to Production and responsible for analyzing, triaging the issues, providing technical and functional support to the users and fix QC defects.
