The role of Welfare Vice President involves the oversight of the Welfare department within the LTSU. This involves ensuring the services that students depend on are functioning, whilst also advocating for students welfare and well-being through conducting campaigns. The role of Welfare VP also plays a pivotal role in the management of the student union and sits on the unions executive.

Education Public Affairs Officer

The role of Education and Public Affairs Officer involves co-ordinating constant communication between key stake holders of the university, this being students, staff, and Uni management. Furthermore, it also involves conducting campaigns both in person and on social media that seek to advance students interests.

Duty Manager

The role of the Duty Manager involves managing the store whilst the store manager is off duty and is the main point of contact during that period. Furthermore, it includes upholding and establishing excellent customer relations, dispute resolution, team leadership, time management, staff training, overview and execution of operations of the store and its various departments, managing and assisting around 30 staff at a given time, and also meeting KPI's of the store in regards to clearance sales and Tell Coles customer satisfaction.

Night Fill Manager

The role of the Night Fill manager is to assist the Duty Manager and Dry Goods Manager in the operation of the Grocery department at night, this includes managing a team 10 or larger and alongside managing resources.
