Ramon is an amazing Scrum Master and an overall great guy to work with. Ramon not only holds the requisite Agile knowledge and experience but more importantly, he possesses a commanding and caring presence that allows him to create a safe environment where teams can challenge their software processes and identify opportunities to utilize, modify or replace current processes. I was fortunate to work with him for around two years. One of the many things that I admired about his working style is his way of seeking to understand before being understood. After gathering a good amount of information about the company, team, and others, he set to guide the team, a little more hands-on at first, then transitioning to a more informative role quickly after the team had a good understanding on how to work. I cannot speak as to how much Ramon has positively impacted not only the teams that I have worked with but also helping me improve my skillsets as well. Ramon was a great advocate for change and challenged how the company should best consider its future in an ‘Agile world’. If a company is looking to jump-start its Agile transformation, educate/train its staff or coach an existing Agile framework, I would recommend Ramon in a heartbeat.

He tenido el placer de trabajar con Ramón en varios proyectos dentro de AXA group solutions. Desde el primer momento en que lo conocí sabía que que iba a aprender muchísimo del él. Ramón tiene muy buenas cualidades. Trabaja duro para que el equipo llegue siempre a los objetivos, es detallista, exigente en todo lo relacionado con la cálidad del código, es constante y un gran comunicador, cualidad básica para ser un buen coach, tiene grandes conocimientos en todo lo relacionado con las metodologías agile, y no solo las conoce teóricamente, sino que las sabe aplicar en un proyecto real, donde no siempre las cosas ocurren como en los libros. Como coach es genial, ya que es una persona muy apasionada con lo que hace, por lo que te involucra en todo el proceso, te exige cuando te relajas y te explica cualquier cosa cuando te encuentras perdido.
