I had the pleasure of helping onboard Ramond to the writing team at Geotab, his personability and desire to help the team making him an excellent fit, straight away. With his experience and depth of knowledge in design, technical writing, and systems and processes thinking, he immediately began to make a positive impact on our internal procedures. He brought a new level of detail and professionality to our documentation and workflows by clarifying and defining terms, mapping out detailed flowcharts, and filling gaps in processes with critical steps and information. Given that he was a new team member, it was impressive to see him familiarize himself with our systems so quickly. Ramond also brings a high level of quality, clarity, and precision to his writing. Using his experience as a designer and technical writer, he has a knack for making complex concepts or topics clear and easy to understand and read. I watched Ramond go above and beyond on numerous occasions, doing more than the client expected to deliver a stellar product. To give just one example, he was tasked with editing course material for one of Geotab's business units, but noticed a need for stronger learning objectives. Ramond wrote a series of objectives that helped drive the learning, while also educating the team on how to write strong objectives. The team loved the outcome! For me, most of all, Ramond became a friend and a respected colleague. I enjoyed chatting with him before work meetings started, and because we worked on opposite sides of the continent, I felt really lucky to meet him once in person at global headquarters. Ramond is humble, a great team player, and an excellent problem solver. He cares deeply about getting things right -- it really shows in his work.

Ramond is an exceptional content writer and an absolute joy to work with. With his skills and flexibility, it took no time at all to strike up a great rhythm throughout the process from content delivery, development, review, and deployment to his audience. We rank Ramond's projects at the top of our quality list and look forward to partnering again in the future!
