Install Lock Boxes to New Aquired Assets according to Banks codes. Meet with municipal inspectors and utility personnel at properties. Organize and prepare photo addendum, maintenance and progress reports, and expenditure details. Meet and negotiate with tenant occupied properties concerning cash for keys. Familiar with, and responsible for, eviction procedures including court appearances on behalf of company. Accompany local law enforcement during lock-out procedures. Respond to emergency situations of all property assets. Respond to inquiries from asset manager concerning assets. Perform re-keying and board-up services for newly assigned assets. Show less
