In my capacity as SEBC CEO, I have known Mr. Rami Zaatari since 2009 when he was selected as a lead researcher for the National Competitiveness Observatory (NCO); a UNDP launched (2007) and a Syrian government financed institution that became incubated in the Syrian Enterprise & Business Centre as of 2009. A year later, Mr. Zataari became the Team Leader and successfully managed to lead the NCO to successive successes in delivering its mandate to reflect and even better Syria’s competitiveness rankings in WEF Global Competitiveness Reports and World Bank
