Implementation of new sensor anneal process (Reset Anneal) using High Field Reset Oven for the GMR5.5B, GMR5.6C, GMR5.7A spin valve sensors. 9. Enhancement of the oven capacity for spin valve annealing in vacuum anneal oven for sensor manufacturing. 10. Preparation of special samples for the analysis of GMR sensor using XRF (X-Ray Fluorescence spectrometer).
