Por otro lado conoce perfectamente a los miebros de su equipo y sabe aprovechar las aptitudes de cada uno de la forma mas adecuada. El trabajo en paralelo con el es muy sencillo ya que sabe adaptarse a cualquier eventualizad. Asímismo, la transmision de problemas y mejoras es siempre muy buena.
