I was stopped with the furlough system (help from the English government) until the hotel finally decided to sent me a redundant letter. This is the biggest IHG hotel in the UK. It has 906 rooms. I worked with Opera hotel software. Personalized assistance to guests at check in and check out, guest phone services. Credit card authorization controls, assigning rooms.
