  I have been in charge of planning, permitting and Construction of a residential development (The Atlantic), Double tree Hilton Hotel, the restaurants and the latest project will be the Hyatt Regency in the town of Suleimanieh to be start in Feb 2015.The Atlantic is a residential development consisting of 643 villas, 900 Apartment, School, Kindergarten, Health Clinic and a commercial center for the total build out area of 240,000 square meters. As the developers we are solely responsible for all the planning Permitting and execution of all the infrastructure and superstructures. The project started on September of 2011 and we currently delivering the first 500 villas, the first 320 apartments are to be delivered on December 2014 as well.The Double tree Hilton is a 22,000 square meter five star hotel with 200 keys. The opening date for the hotel is scheduled on June 2015.
