  RASHAYS® has been proudly Australian family owned and operated since 1998 when my wife Shannon and I opened the very first restaurant in Liverpool, NSW. I established RASHAYS with the aim of providing home-style meals to Australian families in a comfortable and casual restaurant setting. 23 years later and we’ve grown to include over 30 stores across the east coast of Australia and plenty more on the horizon. I take pride in the fact that we source and produce all our ingredients locally, we’ve pivoted to meet the challenges that the industry has faced in 2020 and we’ve come out the other side stronger than ever, ready to share our success and our passion with our customers in-store and at home all over again in 2021.
