  Oversaw on-site operations at one of the most prominent and strategic investments in the UAE, Sheikh Zayed Stadium, demonstrating my tendency to go above and beyond. A project valued at £1.5B led by Mubadala Investments and owned by the Abu Dhabi Government, I served as the focal point for resolving various technical, financial, and compliance challenges. I oversaw the execution of approx. £2M of hard landscaping & asphalt works and while guiding a 140 people team. I managed construction in various capacities: as a road engineer, quantity surveyor & planning engineer. Spearheaded a critical warehousing infrastructure project at Abu Dhabi Ports, led by ADQ, one of the largest public holding companies in the Middle East region. Specifically, I led approx. £4M and 250 people of roads, storm, sewer, and condensate drainage engineering. I worked across disciplines as a site engineer, project engineer, and quantity surveyor. - Executed day-to-day engineering management operations - Developed specifications for the project's automation and control equipment - Established non-standard designs - Prepared, scheduled, coordinated, and monitored assigned engineering projects - Liased with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field - Initiated, prepared, reviewed RFIs - Managed project permit processes, compliance, and bid procurement - Solicited, received, reviewed orders and quotations in financial, material and technical capacity - Evaluated project financial performance across PSR, PFC and CI reports - Led project meetings in coordination with the Project Manager and delivered monthly status updates Show less
