Teacher (Key Stages 2 & 3) of English, English Social Studies, and Moral Education. Achievements: Ability to effectively teach students who came from difficult cultural backgrounds and from insufficient academic levels. The experience taught me how to handle extreme student cases and how to optimize classroom management despite these difficult cases. I have also learned the concept of differentiation (in task and objective) to cater for such diverging student skill caps in the class. Extracurricular: Teaching beyond classroom walls. We would often take students outside the classroom and conduct classes in Arabic tents. The school curriculum is one which integrates subjects and lessons with UAE culture and heritage, so classes taken in tents serve to reinforce this ideal. Show less
